Emergency Projects definition

Emergency Projects means projects that are emergent in nature and must be undertaken immediately to prevent or correct structural deficiencies or hazardous conditions that may harm or injure persons using the facility, as defined at 77 Ill. Adm. Code 1110.40(a). [20 ILCS 3960/12(9)]
Emergency Projects means public projects which demand immediate intervention to protect the public from an imminent disaster or to address damages done by a disaster;
Emergency Projects means those Additional Capital Projects undertaken by the District without notice to or consultation with the Participant, any Other Participant, or the Commission, whenever the District determines that there is a substantial risk of harm to the Nacimiento Facilities or to the operation of the Nacimiento Facilities which requires immediate remedy.
