Social Security numbers The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable Vermont State Statutes to assure protection and security of personal information, including protection from identity theft as outlined in Title 9, Vermont Statutes Annotated, Ch. 62.
Winning Numbers means the game results selected during a Drawing which shall be used to determine winning Plays contained on game ticket or ticketless transaction.
National Emergency Number Association or “NENA” means the not-for-profit corporation established in 1982 to further the goal of “One Nation-One Number”. NENA is a networking source and promotes research, planning, and training. NENA strives to educate, set standards and provide certification programs, legislative representation and technical assistance for implementing and managing 911 systems.
Emergency Service Number or "ESN" is a three to five digit number representing a unique combination of Emergency Response Agencies (law enforcement, fire and emergency medical service) designed to serve a specific range of addresses within a particular geographical area. The ESN facilitates Selective Routing and transfer, if required, to the appropriate PSAP and the dispatch of proper Emergency Response Agency(ies).
Emergency housing means temporary indoor accommodations for individuals or families who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless that is intended to address the basic health, food, clothing, and personal hygiene needs of individuals or families. Emergency housing may or may not require occupants to enter into a lease or an occupancy agreement.
