Emergency mode definition

Emergency mode means an ambulance or special use EMS vehicle operating with emergency lights and warning siren (or warning siren and air horn) while engaged in an emergency medical call.
Emergency mode means the period and circumstances when tolls are suspended on the Facility or a portion of the Facility in accordance with Section 3.4 of the Agreement.
