Emergency Generators definition

Emergency Generators means generators used only during emergencies or for maintenance or testing purposes.
Emergency Generators shall have the meaning set forth in Section 43.02A hereof.

Examples of Emergency Generators in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall provide services for the Inspection, Maintenance and Repair of Emergency Generators and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS’S), Day Tank Inspections and fuel analysis at the Orange County Convention Center, West Concourse.

  • The Building back-up generators consist of four (4) 3,000 D Watt Diesel Turbine Emergency Generators that supply emergency lighting, fire pumps, computer system on floors 6 - 8, EMS System and elevators one cab per bank at a time for exiting.

  • No Owner shall connect electrical load to the Emergency Generators beyond the load for its Element as specified by Office Owner in its sole discretion.

  • Tenant will provide Landlord with copies of certificates and other documentation related to the testing of the Emergency Generator(s) and related Connecting Equipment.

  • Landlord shall have the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require Tenant to remove any such Emergency Generators installed by Tenant at the expiration or earlier termination of the Term.

  • If the Emergency Generators are removed by Tenant, Tenant will restore the Generator Areas to their original use and condition.

  • Landlord shall have no obligation to make any repairs or improvements to the Emergency Generators or the Generator Areas and Tenant shall maintain the same, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, in good repair and condition during the Term as though the same were part of the Premises.

  • The Emergency Generators provide shared service to the Elements, and costs thereof shall be included in Common Costs.

  • Tenant shall also have: the right of access, consistent with the terms hereof, to the areas where -any Communication Equipment, Supplemental Roof HVAC Equipment, Emergency Generator(s) and Connecting Equipment (collectively, the "Special Equipment') are located for the purposes of installing, maintaining, repairing, testing and replacing the same.

  • In the event Landlord requires that Tenant relocate the Emergency Generator(s) to another location on the Real Property, then Tenant shall be required to so relocate such Emergency Generator(s) but such relocation shall be at Landlord's sole cost and expense.
