Without prejudice to paragraph 5.4 (Emergency Audit) and the Comptroller and Auditor General's rights under paragraph 5.5 (Comptroller and Auditor General), the Authority or relevant Related Organisation shall provide at least ten (10) Business Days' notice of any audit it intends to carry out, specifying each location to be audited, the anticipated time of arrival and the name and title of each attendee, together with the organisation he represents.
