Emergency Actions definition

Emergency Actions means any action (or omission) as being required on short notice for the prevention of danger to any Person or material damage to any asset or property.
Emergency Actions means emergency work essential to save lives and protect property and public health and safety performed under Sections 305 and 306 of the Disaster Relief Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5145 and 5146).
Emergency Actions means actions undertaken at an Emergency Meeting, as described in Article II, Section 1(2) of this Constitution.
