EMEA Subsidiary definition
EMEA Subsidiary means any Foreign Subsidiary of Borrower which conducts all or substantially all of its operations in Europe, the Middle East or Asia.
EMEA Subsidiary means any WorldCom Affiliate with its headquarters located in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa.
