EMEA Sites definition

EMEA Sites means Web sites that are Owned and Operated Sites and Co-Branded Sites targeted to End Users in Europe located at the URL(s) listed on Exhibit A of this Agreement. “Owned and Operated Sites” means the Web site(s) that are wholly owned and operated by Company. “Co-Branded Site” is defined in Exhibit B attached hereto and listed in Exhibit A attached hereto.
