EMC Contract definition

EMC Contract means one of those certain Wholesale Power Contracts between OPC and an EMC, which contract is dated on or after December 1, 1988, as restated and/or amended from time to time, pursuant to which OPC sells and such EMC purchases certain Electric Energy required to meet the energy requirements of its customers for the operation of its system.
