Embedment definition

Embedment means the placement of transmission or distribution lines, pipes or cables into the bottoms of waters of the State by minimal displacement of bottom material and without the creation of a trench, or trough, through the use of techniques such as plowing-in, weighing-in, or non-trenching jets.
