Embedded Metadata definition

Embedded Metadata means the text, numbers, content, data or other information that is directly or indirectly inputted into a Native File by a user and which is not typically visible to the user viewing the output display of the Native File on a screen or print out.

  • Metadata includes all information created manually or automatically to provide meaning or context to other data.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Embedded means the placement of transmission or distribution lines, pipes or cables into the bottom of surface waters by minimal displacement of bottom material and without the creation of a trench, or trough, through the use of techniques such as plowing-in, weighing-in, or non-trenching jets.

  • Software Products means the INSOURCE software products made available to the Licensee under the Agreement.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.
