Embedded Document(s) definition

Embedded Document(s) means an Internal Use document into which a whole or partial copy of the Licensed Font Software has been incorporated.
Embedded Document(s) are those which contain a copy of the Typefaces, or data describing the shape or outline of any part of the Typefaces. Embedded Document formats include, but are not limited to: Acrobat (or other) files employing the Portable Document Format ("PDF"); Cascading Style Sheets ("CSS") employing the "@font-face" tag; Macromedia Flash (or other) files employing TrueDoc; and documents employing Web Embedding Font Technology ("WEFT"). You may not create Embedded Documents, except as expressly provided in paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3:
Embedded Document(s) means an Internal Use document into which a whole or partial copy of the Licensed Font Software has been incorporated. o “End User” means a person or entity that accesses a Licensed Server or is the recipient of an Embedded Document from you under an End User Agreement. o “End User Agreement” means an agreement binding an End User to minimum terms and conditions that 1) prohibit the transfer of an electronic document created or edited by use of the Font Software from the Licensed Servers in any format that permits or enables the editing of such document by such End User, 2) prohibits the extraction or distribution of the Font Software from the Licensed Server, and 3) notifies the End User of any and all intellectual property rights associated with the Font Software.

  • Under no circumstances will this Agreement be construed to entitle you or your agents or assigns to broadcast Workflow PDFs, or any form of Embedded Documents, over public computer networks, including but not limited to publicly accessible pages on the World Wide Web.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:
