Embedded Code definition

Embedded Code means code internal to, and stored on solid state devices within, the Hardware and which is supplied to the Purchaser hereunder as an integral part of the Hardware.
Embedded Code means, in connection with Aspen, any third party software vendors’ code included in or executed in conjunction with Aspen or other technology that is licensed to Xxxxxxx from, and/or owned by, third party software vendors, including open source software and technology.
Embedded Code means code which is internal to, and stored on solid state devices within, the Hardware and which is supplied to us by you as an integral part of the Hardware;

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.
