Embargoed Persons definition

Embargoed Persons shall have the meaning given such term in Section 6.13.

  • Borrower shall promptly comply and shall cause the Property to comply in all material respects with all Applicable Law affecting the Borrower and the Property, or the use thereof, including, without limitation, all Environmental Laws and Applicable Law relating to OFAC, Embargoed Persons and the Patriot Act.

  • Neither the Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries has engaged in business with Embargoed Persons if the result of such business would be that any Loan made by any Lender would be in violation of Law.
