Email System definition

Email System means the communications tool intended for LOMOD’s use in accordance with generally accepted business communications practices and current law. The Email System is not intended to be used for electronic storage or maintenance of documentation, including, but not limited to, Records of LOMOD.
Email System. The Union agrees to use the District email system as follows: The Union will limit mass communications to no more than five (5) emails per week, excluding joint District/MFT communications.
Email System. -- means the system of devices (including hardware, software, and other equipment) used by the City for the purpose of facilitating the electronic transmission of information, including Internet communications, remote and mobile devices, and the City’s Lotus Notes system (including email, Calendar, and To Do List).
