ELRC definition

ELRC means the Education Labour Relations Council, a bargaining council duly established in terms of the Labour Relations Act with registration no: LR2/6/6/110 herein represented by Mahalingum Govender duly authorised thereto by resolution;

Examples of ELRC in a sentence

  • Any dispute about the interpretation or application of this collective agreement shall be resolved in terms of the dispute resolution procedure of the ELRC.
