Eloy s Water Storage Permit" means the water storage permit obtained by Eloy pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes § 45-831.01 and Article 2.5.1 of this Agreement authorizing Eloy to store Eloy's CAP Water at agreed storage and/or groundwater savings facilities.

• Concept agrees to pay to U.C. Eloy the sum of five million two hundred eighteen thousand five hundred dollars ($5,218,500.00) in full and complete payment for the U.C. Eloy Interests (the "Purchase Price"), such Purchase Price to be paid by wire transfer at the Closing or at such date as agreed to by the parties hereto.
