ELOA definition

ELOA means ELOA, Ltd., a Florida limited partnership which was merged with and into Partnership.

  • Employee’s reporting late up to one (1) hour after the start of the shift will not have an E.L.O.A. day recorded in their employee record.

  • For any ELOA commencing outside of that time period, requests must be submitted a minimum of sixty (60) days in advance of the date the leave is to commence.

  • The Company agrees that an employee will not be charged an E.L.O.A. day for any scheduled paid absence.

  • All payroll employees will be provided one (1) paid incremental ELOA (Emergency Leave of Absence) / PEL (Paid Employee Leave) day as outlined in the ESA of Ontario.

  • Neither Partnership nor ELOA has conducted since its inception any business other than owning, developing, constructing, operating, maintaining, financing, and leasing the Property (on the portion thereof formerly owned by ELOA) and has not owned any asset which is not related or incidental thereto.

  • General/Pending Reports: Web-based report which shows all verifications which have been completed or are still pending final verification No later than thirty (30) days after payment of the first three invoices by Customer 3PV will provide dedicated hardware for Customers ELOA application.

  • The company will recognize ten (10) E.L.O.A days per calendar year.

  • You will pay on demand all of Our reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Us to collect any fees or charges due Us under this Agreement following Your failure to meet the Invoicing and Payment terms as outlined in the ELOA.
