ELL Load Node definition

ELL Load Node means the “Energy Financial Delivery Point,” as defined in the Model Solar PPA and the Model Wind PPA included as Appendices C-1 and C-2, respectively, to the RFP, which is the Commercial Pricing Node (as defined in the MISO Rules) included in the Commercial Model (as defined in the MISO Rules) for Entergy Louisiana, LLC’s load (or the equivalent thereof recognized by the Balancing Authority applicable to the Delivery Portion (as defined in the PPA)). As of the Effective Date, the Energy Financial Delivery Point is EES.ELILD.
ELL Load Node means the CP Node for the Louisiana Load Zone (EES.ELILD).
ELL Load Node means the Commercial Pricing Node in the Commercial Model (as defined in the MISO Rules) for ELL’s load (or equivalent thereof recognized by the Balancing Authority ). As of the date of this RFP, the ELL Load Node is EES.ELILD.

  • Biomarker testing means the analysis of an Insured’s tissue, blood, or other biospecimen for the presence of a Biomarker. "Biomarker testing" includes but is not limited to single-analyte tests, multi-plex panel tests, protein expression, whole exome, whole genome, and whole transcriptome sequencing.
