ELIP definition

ELIP means the Executive Life Insurance Plan under which life insurance policies were issued to certain eligible executives.

Examples of ELIP in a sentence

  • The disposition of your life insurance policy or policies (the "Policies") issued under the Corporation's Executive Life Insurance Plan ("ELIP") will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the ELIP.

  • To the extent that any of your life insurance coverage under the ELIP is insured under the Corporation’s group term life insurance plan, in accordance with the terms and conditions of that insurance coverage you will be eligible to convert this coverage to individual non-term conversion coverage as of your termination date.

  • Residence fees for Inter/Summer, ELIP, Masters, and any other programs, are due by May 1, 2018 (subject to change based on approval).

  • Equipment returns are subject to the ELIP or ELSP/ELSB terms and conditions set forth in the Return Material Policies, which are attached hereto.
