ELIN definition

ELIN means a valid North American Numbering Plan format telephone number, assigned to the MLTS Operator by the appropriate authority that is used to route the call to a PSAP and is used to retrieve the ALI for the PSAP.

  • The CLIN will also be recomputed to take into account the change in the contract ELINs. If the offeror provides a total amount for an ELIN, but fails to enter the unit price, the total amount divided by the ELIN quantity will be held to be the intended unit price.

  • In the event an offeror is unable to provide individual component pricing for an ELIN, the offeror shall submit a detailed request (to include proof – Quote, Confirmation statement from OEM, etc.) explaining why they can’t provide this pricing to the Contracting Officer during the solicitation phase to waive this requirement on a component by component basis.
