Eligible Trades definition

Eligible Trades means the trades included in clause 5.1
Eligible Trades means the following Trades for which the Modules shall facilitate access to SARVAM:
Eligible Trades. All FX CFDs (excluding Exotic Pairs) on a Fusion Markets platform. • All Metal CFDs on a Fusion Markets platform.

More Definitions of Eligible Trades

Eligible Trades means the trades included in clause 6. • “Offer Duration” means the promotional period in clause. • “Free TradingView Account” means a free TradingView Account that would otherwise be payable subject to the conditions in this Offer. • “Lot” means 100,000 units of the base currency. This is the default measurement of trade sizes in forex. • “Offer”, “Promotion” means this Free TradingView Account promotion which is presented to you under these Terms. • “Fusion Markets” means the promoter in clause 3. • “Terms and Conditions” means the applicable terms and conditions and associated documents that govern your account with Fusion Markets. • “You”, “your” or “yours” means you, if you meet the criteria of an Eligible Client under clause 5 of these Offer Terms.
