Eligible Team Member definition

Eligible Team Member means a former executive team member of a Participating Employer who is receiving severance pay or benefits under the Plan or a current executive team member of a Participating Employer who would be eligible to receive severance pay or benefits under the Plan upon the occurrence of all applicable contingencies specified in the Plan.
Eligible Team Member means and refer to an employee of the Tribe, working within the Class III gaming facility located at 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx (the “Gaming Facility”), who is performing work within any of the following job classifications: ASIAN COOK; BANQUET BARTENDER; XXXXXXX; BARISTA; BARTENDER I; BARTENDER II; XXXXXXXXX XXX; XXXXXX-BUFFET; XXXXXX-FINE DINING; XXXXXX-RESTAURANT; CASINO XXXXXX; COOK I; COOK I-PASTRY; COOK II; COOK II- FINE DINING; COOK II-PASTRY; COOK III; COOK III- FINE DINING; EXPEDITER; EXPEDITER FINE DINING; F&B ATTENDANT; HOST-FINE DINING; HOST/CASHIER II; HOST/CASHIER TIPPED; HOST/CASHIER NON- TIPPED; KITCHEN UTILITY I; KITCHEN UTILITY/HEAVYCLEANER; KITCHEN UTILITY LEAD; MAINT UTILITY LEAD; MAINT UTILITY WORKER; SERVER BANQUET; SERVER BEVERAGE; SERVER BEVERAGE LEAD; SERVER BUFFET; SERVER FINE DINING; SERVER RESTAURANT; SERVER TABLE GAMES CARDRM; and SPEC FUNCTIONS PERSONNEL.
Eligible Team Member means a team member employed by the Employer and who is: (1) customarily scheduled to work at least thirty-two (32) hours weekly; and (2) classified as a team member at the director level or above (salary band levels BD1, BD2, BD3, FL1, FL2, FL3, SL1, SL2), but excludes: [i] team members employed in the Employer’s field operations other than the Senior Vice President of Operations who shall be an Eligible Team Member subject to the special terms of participation set forth in Section 6.D; [ii] individuals classified by the Employer as temporary employees; [iii] team members whose customary weekly employment is less than thirty-two (32) hours; [iv] seasonal team members whose customary annual employment is less than nine (9) months; [v] team members who have entered into an agreement with the Employer providing that they are not eligible to participate in the Plan; [vi] individuals classified by the Employer as independent contractors or other self-employed individuals; [vii] leased employees; and

Examples of Eligible Team Member in a sentence

  • Delay in Payment to Certain Eligible Team Members: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Plan, if an Eligible Team Member is a “specified employee” within the meaning of Section 409A of the Code as of his or her Date of Termination, any payments otherwise due under the Plan during the six (6) month period after the Date of Termination shall be deferred and such deferred amounts will be paid during the seventh (7th) month following such six (6) month anniversary.

  • The severance period will begin as soon as practicable following the Revocation Period, provided that the waiver and release agreement submitted by the Eligible Team Member meets all the requirements described in Section 4.1 of this document titled “Waiver and Release Agreement” and is not revoked during the Revocation Period.

  • In addition, regular severance pay may be reduced for any amounts or financial obligations owed by the Eligible Team Member to Tyson Foods, an Affiliate, or any employee benefit plan established or maintained by Tyson Foods or an Affiliate, including but not limited to any overpayment of any kind and any outstanding bills, advances, relocation costs, or debts.

  • Section 1 In the event of a death of any member of his or her immediate family, as hereinafter defined, an Eligible Team Member shall be granted a leave of absence, with pay, for a maximum of three (3) days for travel in California and four (4) days if the death requires travel outside California.

  • Severance pay and benefits under the Plan will be available only if the Plan Administrator determines in its sole discretion that the Eligible Team Member is entitled to them.

  • If an Eligible Team Member does not revoke his or her waiver and release agreement in accordance with these requirements, such agreement will take effect on the eighth (8th) day after the date that the Agreement is signed by the Eligible Team Member.

  • A Participant who is employed as an Eligible Team Member on the last day of the Plan Year, and who is still employed as an Eligible Team Member at the time award payment checks for the Plan Year are issued, is eligible to receive a cash payment equal to the sum of the Participant’s Adjusted Award Units multiplied by twenty percent (20%) multiplied by the Award Unit Value for each quarter that the Participant received a quarterly award pursuant to Section 6.A.


More Definitions of Eligible Team Member

Eligible Team Member means, for any Accumulation Period, any individual affiliated with a Participating Company who is selected by management of the Company. The foregoing notwithstanding, an individual shall not be considered an Eligible Team Member if (i) his or her participation in the Plan is prohibited by the law of any country which has jurisdiction over him or her; or (ii) his or her employment has been classified as temporary by the Company. Any individual whom the Company determines is not an Eligible Team Member shall not be treated as an Eligible Team Member under the Plan solely because he or she has been classified or reclassified by any governmental entity as an employee of the Company. An individual who is selected to be an Eligible Team Member shall cease to be an Eligible Team Member upon being so notified by the Company.
Eligible Team Member shall have the same definition as set forth in Article 1, Section 2, except that for purposes of this Article 5 only, to comply with the Tribe's Right to Work Ordinance, any Tribal Member or Immediate Family Member shall be excluded from the definition of Eligible Team Member.
Eligible Team Member means any employee (a "Team Member") of the Company, or any Subsidiary Corporation designated by the Board or the Committee (a "Designated Subsidiary"), who is in the employ of the Company (or any Designated Subsidiary) on one or more Offering Dates and who meets the following criteria:
Eligible Team Member means individual who has been employed by the Company for at least 12 months (which need not be consecutive), has worked for at least 1,250 hours during the 12 month period immediately preceding the commencement of the requested leave; and is employed at a worksite with at least 50 team members within 75 miles of the worksite.
Eligible Team Member means a team member eligible for contributions in accordance with relevant legislation.

  • Eligible teacher means a teacher who has been employed with the District for at least twelve (12) months and has at least one thousand two hundred fifty hours (1,250) hours of service with the District during the twelve (12) months which precede the period of the requested leave. For purposes of determining hours of service for eligibility purposes, it is assumed that a full-time teacher meets or exceeds the standard of one thousand two hundred fifty (1,250) hours per year.

  • Team Member means an individual who is allowed to access the Cloud Service but is only granted membership in groups associated with “Team Member” permissions for the Cloud Service.2

  • Program participant means an individual certified by the secretary as a program participant under Iowa Code section 9E.3.

  • Individualized Education Program (IEP means a written statement for a student with a disability that is developed, reviewed, and revised in accordance with the Utah Special Education Rules and Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

  • Designated Participant means a key Employee of the Company or any other Participating Company who is designated by the Committee in writing to participate in the Program.

  • Eligible Tenant means, as of any date of determination, a bona fide third party lessee of a Property who satisfies each of the following criteria:

  • Non-Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has not been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.

  • Participant Group means you, each of your holding companies and subsidiaries and each subsidiary of each of your holding companies (as each such term is defined in the Companies Act 1985); and

  • First Tier Participant refers to the participant who has entered into a covered transaction with a grantee or subgrantee of Federal funds (such as the prime or general contractor). “Lower Tier Participant” refers any participant who has entered into a covered transaction with a First Tier Participant or other Lower Tier Participants (such as subcontractors and suppliers).

  • Participating FFI means an FFI that, as from the effective date of any rules requiring withholding on "passthru payments" (as such term is defined pursuant to Sections 1471 through 1474 of the Code and any regulations thereunder or official interpretations thereof), meets the requirements of Section 1471(b) of the Code and any regulations or other official guidance issued thereunder and that has not elected to be withheld upon pursuant to Section 1471(b)(3) of the Code;

  • Participating Affiliate means an Affiliate which has been designated by the Committee in advance of the Purchase Period in question as a corporation whose eligible Permanent Full-Time Employees may participate in the Plan.

  • Team Members means the members of the Team, jointly and severally;

  • Participating Company Group means, at any point in time, all corporations collectively which are then Participating Companies.

  • Section 162(m) Participant means any key Employee designated by the Administrator as a key Employee whose compensation for the fiscal year in which the key Employee is so designated or a future fiscal year may be subject to the limit on deductible compensation imposed by Section 162(m) of the Code.

  • Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.

  • Eligible Recipient means an employee, director or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company who has been selected as an eligible participant by the Administrator; provided, however, to the extent required to avoid accelerated taxation and/or tax penalties under Section 409A of the Code, an Eligible Recipient of an Option or a Stock Appreciation Right means an employee, non-employee director or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company with respect to whom the Company is an “eligible issuer of service recipient stock” within the meaning of Section 409A of the Code.

  • Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:

  • Non-Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • county executive committee member means the county executive committee member responsible for matters relating to land;

  • Participating Orthotic Provider means an Orthotic Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
