Eligible Securitization Trust means, as of any date of determination, a Securitization Trust that satisfies all of the following criteria:

Eligible Securitization Trust or “Overconcentration Amount”, or amend or modify any defined term (or any defined term used directly or indirectly in such defined term) used in the foregoing or (viii) release all or substantially all of the Collateral other than pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement contains a final and complete integration of all prior expressions by the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and shall constitute the entire agreement (together with the exhibits hereto) among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior oral or written understandings.
