Eligible Match Compensation definition
Eligible Match Compensation means, for any one Plan Year, “Compensation” (as defined in the Company 401(k) Plan) in excess of the annual Code Section 401(a)(17) limit in effect for such Plan Year excluding from such “Compensation” amounts that are not a Bonus as defined in Section 1.10.
