Eligible Key Executive definition

Eligible Key Executive means any Key Executive who has been designated as eligible to participate in Part A of the Plan with respect to any Plan Year beginning before January 1, 2005 by the Chief Executive Officer.
Eligible Key Executive means each employee of the Company who is designated on the books and records of the Company as either a Senior Vice President or a Vice President and who is determined by the Committee to be a management or highly compensated employee of the Company. An individual will be treated as an employee of the Company if there exists between the individual and the Company the legal and bonafide relationship of employer and employee.
Eligible Key Executive means any Key Executive who has been designated as eligible to participate in Part B of the Plan with respect to any Plan Year beginning after December 31, 2004 by the Chief Executive Officer.

More Definitions of Eligible Key Executive

Eligible Key Executive means, with respect to any period beginning after December 31, 2013, any Key Executive who is an active U.S. Employee in Layers 1 through 6 with an annual base salary of at least $150,000. In addition, the term “Eligible Key Executive” shall include any active U.S. Employee who previously participated in the Plan and had a Part A Account, Part B Account or Part C Account with an account balance greater than $0 on October 31, 2013.
Eligible Key Executive means, with respect to any period beginning after December 31, 2012, any Key Executive who is an active U.S. Employee with the title of “Director” (i.e., “People Manager” career track), “Senior Principal” (i.e., “Individual Contributor” career track), or higher with an annual base salary of at least $150,000. In addition, the term “Eligible Key Executive” shall include any active U.S. Employee who previously participated in the Plan and had a Part A Account or Part B Account with an account balance greater than $0 on October 31, 2012.
Eligible Key Executive means any Key Executive who is an active U.S. Employee in Layers 1 through 6 with an annual base salary of at least $150,000. In addition, the term “Eligible Key Executive” shall include any active U.S. Employee who previously participated in the DXC Technology Company Deferred Compensation Plan with an account balance greater than $0 on May 1, 2018.
Eligible Key Executive means, with respect to any period beginning after December 31, 2013, any Key Executive who is an active U.S. Employee in Layers 1 through 6 with an annual base salary of at least $150,000. In addition, the term “Eligible Key Executive” shall include any active U.S. Employee who previously participated in the Plan and had a Part A Account, Part B Account or Part C Account with an account balance greater than $0 on October 31, 2013. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the term “Eligible Key Executive” shall not include an Employee of the Company who was an Employee of Hewlett Packard Enterprises or Everett SpinCo, Inc. immediately prior to the merger of Computer Sciences Corporation with a subsidiary of the Company on or about April 1, 2017.
