Eligible Habitable Room definition

Eligible Habitable Room means any living, sleeping, eating, or cooking area per Draft FAA Advisory Circular 150/5000-9B, entitled “Guidelines for the Sound Insulation of Residences Exposed to Aircraft Operations”, as may be amended. Examples include the living room, dining room, kitchen, den or recreation room, and all bedrooms. The following are not Eligible Habitable Areas: bathrooms; closets; halls; hallways; vestibules; foyers; stairways; unfinished basements; storage or utility spaces; or areas that are not allowed under the California State Building Code, California Health and Safety Code, or other applicable local building codes.
