Eligible Expenditure Programs – PEA definition
Eligible Expenditure Programs – PEA means the eligible expenditure programs under Part 1 of the Project consisting of PEA Budget codes: (i) personnel emoluments (1001 – salaries and wages, 1002 – overtime and holiday pay, and 1003 – other allowances); (ii) travelling expenses (1101 – domestic travelling and 1102 – foreign travelling); (iii) 142 – postal and communication; (iv) 1403 – electricity and water; and (v) 2401 – capacity building including staff training of the Recipient’s chart of accounts, as such corresponding budget codes may be revised from time to time with the agreement of the Association.”
