Eligible Dependent Spouse definition

Eligible Dependent Spouse means your legal spouse who is not legally separated or divorced from you on the date of your death and attends any post-high school Educational Institution for the purpose of obtaining a source of support.
Eligible Dependent Spouse means an Insured’s legal spouse who is not legally separated or divorced from the Insured on the date of his/her death and attends any post-high school Educational Institution for the purpose of obtaining a source of support.
Eligible Dependent Spouse means your legal spouse who is not legally separated or divorced from you or your civil union/domestic partner who is legally recognized under applicable state law on the date of your death and attends any post-high school Educational Institution for the purpose of obtaining a source of support.
