Eligible Days definition
Eligible Days means ten (10) Weekdays and four (4) Weekend Days.
Eligible Days means the ten (10) previous Business Days prior to an Event, excluding Event days.
Examples of Eligible Days in a sentence
Eligible Days – depending on the context, the total number of days in a month for which Covered Individuals were eligible for Behavioral Health Covered Services, as determined by EOHHS; or the total number of days in a month for which Enrollees were eligible for the PCC Plan, as determined by EOHHS.
Eligible Days are Days of the same type as the Day of the event, being a workday or non-workday type, and a Day with no utilisation events.
