Eligible Days definition

Eligible Days means ten (10) Weekdays and four (4) Weekend Days.
Eligible Days means the ten (10) previous Business Days prior to an Event, excluding Event days.

For this purpose, fractional periods of a year will be expressed in terms of days.

  • Qualifying Service means one year or more of continuous service and residence away from the home country and the country of nationality of a staff member, or the country where the staff member has acquired permanent resident status.
