Eligible Corresponding Authors definition

Eligible Corresponding Authors means teaching and research staff employed by or otherwise accredited to the Institution as well as students enrolled or accredited to the Institution who are also the corresponding author of an article published in an Offered Title. In case of articles published by multiple authors, only the corresponding author will be the Eligible Corresponding Author. It is not permitted to change the corresponding author of an article after peer review from an in-eligible author to one accredited to the Institution to qualify as eligible. Authors are only Eligible Corresponding Authors once they have signed the then current open access publishing agreement with SAGE.

Examples of Eligible Corresponding Authors in a sentence

  • It is the responsibility of Eligible Corresponding Authors to provide the correct information in respect of their Institution.

  • Members shall ensure that the Licensor is provided with accurate and up to date information for use in identifying Eligible Corresponding Authors as specified in Schedule 6 – Open Access Material Workflows and Services.

  • Licensor shall provide reasonably sufficient information to enable Eligible Corresponding Authors to benefit from its open access schemes as described in this Schedule 6.

  • Authors are only Eligible Corresponding Authors once they have signed the then current open access publishing agreement with Licensor.

  • In addition the Licensor will share a list of these articles, twice per year (by the end of March and the end of September, or by other mutually agreed dates), with the National Library, before re-sending the offer to the Eligible Corresponding Author(s).

  • This Licence entitles Eligible Corresponding Authors from the Institution to publish articles under an Open Access licence without further fees, where such articles are Accepted For Publication during the Licence Period.

  • Members shall ensure that Eligible Corresponding Authors shall identify themselves as being eligible in the course of the Licensor’s publishing workflow as specified in Schedule 6 – Open Access Material Workflows and Services.

  • Members will be responsible for informing Eligible Corresponding Authors that this License Agreement is in place and that their Eligible Articles can be made Open Access Material on acceptance in the Hybrid Open Access Publishing Titles and Gold Open Access Publishing Titles.

  • The Licensee shall ensure that the Licensor is provided with accurate and up to date information for use in identifying Eligible Corresponding Authors as specified in Schedule 4.

  • In consideration for SAGE agreeing to permit Eligible Corresponding Authors to publish Eligible Articles (Hybrid) as Open Access Material in the Offered Hybrid OA Titles listed in Exhibit 1 A and DocuSign Envelope ID: A1A2716A-C433-4D9A-85B6-D84DF418E085 marked as hybrid publishing on the basis of the terms of this Licence, the Institution agrees to pay the License Fee.
