Eligible Contiguous Space definition
Eligible Contiguous Space means any other space sublet by Tenant under this Article 5, which sublet space is (A) contiguous to the space subleased pursuant to the Eligible Sublease in question, and (B) subject to a Landlord’s Non-Disturbance Agreement under the terms of this Section 5.06.
