Eligible Construction Cost definition
Eligible Construction Cost means the portion of the construction cost of any construction project paid for by the City of Wichita to construct or remodel any building, decorative or commemorative structure, parking facility, recreational facility, or any portion thereof, located on City property, provided that the source of funds for such project(s) is not restricted by law or regulation as to its use for artworks.
