Eligible Collateral Loan definition
Eligible Collateral Loan means, as of any date of determination, a Collateral Loan that meets each of the following criteria:
Eligible Collateral Loan means a Collateral Loan that (1) has been approved by the Administrative Agent prior to the acquisition thereof by the Borrower and (2) satisfies each of the following eligibility requirements on any date of determination (unless otherwise expressly waived by the Administrative Agent on a case-by-case basis):

Examples of Eligible Collateral Loan in a sentence
Each Collateral Loan included in a Monthly Report or a Borrowing Base Calculation Statement required to be delivered by it under this Agreement as an Eligible Collateral Loan was, in fact, an Eligible Collateral Loan at such time.
For the avoidance of doubt, any Collateral Loan that, as a result of any amendment or supplement thereto, ceases to qualify as an Eligible Collateral Loan shall not be included in the Borrowing Base.
To its actual knowledge, each Warranty Collateral Loan included in a Monthly Report or a Borrowing Base Calculation Statement required to be delivered by it under this Agreement as an Eligible Collateral Loan was, in fact, an Eligible Collateral Loan as of the applicable Transfer Date.
Each contribution shall either be made (a) in Cash (in which event such contributions shall be made by deposit into the Collection Account), (b) by assignment and contribution of an Eligible Investment and/or (c) by assignment of a Collateral Loan that is an Eligible Collateral Loan.

Eligible Collateral Loan. “Eligible Country” means (a) the United States, (b) Canada, (c) the United Kingdom, (d) Australia and (e) OECD countries with a country ceiling for foreign currency bonds of at least “Aa2” by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ and a foreign currency issuer credit rating of at least “AA” by S&P. “Eligible Investments” means any Available Currency investment that, at the time it is Delivered, is cash or one or more of the following obligations or securities: (a) direct interest bearing obligations of, and interest bearing obligations guaranteed as to timely payment of principal and interest by, the United States or any agency or instrumentality of the United States, the obligations of which are backed by the full faith and credit of the United States; (b) demand or time deposits in, certificates of deposit of, bank deposit products, demand notes of, or bankers’ acceptances issued by any depository institution or trust company organized under the laws of the United States or any State thereof, Canada or any province thereof, the United Kingdom or, if consented to by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion, the jurisdiction or any constituent jurisdiction thereof of any Available Currency (including any federal or state branch or agency of a foreign depository institution or trust company) and subject to supervision and examination by federal and/or state banking authorities (including, if applicable, the Collateral Agent, the Custodian or the Administrative Agent or any agent thereof acting in its commercial capacity); provided that the short-term unsecured debt obligations of such depository institution or trust company
