Eligible Certificate definition

Eligible Certificate means an interest-bearing certificate of deposit issued by the Bank or any bank, savings and loan association or trust company organized under the laws of the United States of America or any state thereof that is (to the extent not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation) collaterally secured by a pledge of United States Securities (a) having at any date of calculation a market value (taking account of any accrued interest thereon) not less than the principal of and the accrued interest on the certificates of deposit secured thereby, (b) deposited and pledged with any Federal Reserve Bank or with any bank or trust company organized under the laws of the United States or any state thereof, and having combined capital and surplus and undivided profits of not less than $15,000,000, and (c) for which a receipt signed by the bank or trust company having custody of such collateral securities and containing a sufficient description thereof has been furnished to the Bank.
Eligible Certificate means a Greenhouse Gas Reduction Certificate issued to, owned or controlled by an EPC Party or any Affiliate or designee thereof in connection with or related to an AD Project subject to a Project Commitment.

Examples of Eligible Certificate in a sentence

  • Students entering the above Associate in Applied Science and or the Associate in Science Program must have a standard high school diploma or its equivalent, or a CPT Eligible Certificate of Completion, and must meet the requirements of State Board Rule 6A-10.0315(3), FAC (College preparatory testing, placement, and instruction).

  • Class J Certificate means any one of the Certificates with a "Class J" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class H Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class H" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Exchangeable Certificates The Class A-S, Class B, Class C and Class PEX Certificates.

  • Class R-2 Certificate Any Certificate designated a “Class R-2 Certificate” on the face thereof, in the form set forth in Exhibit A-5 hereto, evidencing the Residual Interest in REMIC II and representing the right to the Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class R-2 Certificates as set forth herein.

  • Class R-1 Certificate Any Certificate designated a “Class R-1 Certificate” on the face thereof, in the form set forth in Exhibit A-5 hereto, evidencing the Residual Interest in REMIC I and representing the right to the Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class R-1 Certificates as set forth herein.

  • Class A-R Certificate The Certificate executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-R and Exhibit C hereto.

  • Applicable Certificateholder Means the Person in whose name an Applicable Certificate is registered on the Register for the Applicable Certificates.

  • Class A-AB Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-5 hereto.

  • Group 2 Certificate Any Class A-2 Certificate.

  • Class R-X Certificate Any one of the Class R-X Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-R-X and evidencing the ownership of the Class R-IV Interest, the Class R-V Interest and the Class R-VI Interest.

  • Class E Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class E” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class A-P Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class A-P Certificate.

  • Class C Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class C” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class R-I Certificate Any one of the Class R-I Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit D and evidencing an interest designated as a "residual interest" in REMIC I for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class A-SB Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class A-SB” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class B Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class B-1 Certificate, Class B-2 Certificate or Class B-3 Certificate.

  • Group 1 Certificate Any Class A-1 or Class A-R Certificate.

  • Type Certificate has the meaning set out in Clause 7.1.

  • Class A Certificate Any Class A-1 Certificate, Class A-2 Certificate, Class A-3 Certificate, Class A-4 Certificate, Class A-5 Certificate, Class A-6 Certificate or Class A-7 Certificate.

  • Class N Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class N" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
