Eligible agencies definition

Eligible agencies means any law enforcement agency or office of a district attorney general in this state; and
Eligible agencies means a provider of child care and early education, a day care provider, early childhood program or center, or community-based organization, including but not limited to approved pre-school special education programs, head start, and nursery schools so long as the standards and qualifications set forth pursuant to subdi- vision twelve of this section have been met.
Eligible agencies means a law enforcement agency within the State or a peace officer organization within the State.
