Eligibility Unit definition

Eligibility Unit means a group of individuals whose needs, income, and resources are considered together to determine their eligibility for public assistance and a child’s eligibility for Title IV-E.
Eligibility Unit means people living in the same household, whose needs and income shall be considered when determining eli- gibility for Child Care Subsidy, including:
