Eligibility pools definition
Eligibility pools means a grouping of applicants who meet the qualifications of minimum legal working age; or a grouping of applicants who meet lawful qualification standards in addition to the minimum legal working age, provided that such pool shall be composed of applicants so qualified sufficiently representative of members of protected classes in order to make possible the achievement of goals and timetables.
