  • Universal agrees that it shall notify Adaptimmune prior to any amendments to the terms of the AAC/HLA-engineering Licence or the Elf Licence.

  • Universal shall keep Adaptimmune informed of all material changes to the Elf Licence, including changes to the financial terms that Adaptimmune would be required to accept under this Section.
