Elevator System definition
Elevator System means the elevator system serving the Condominium Buildings (and the components thereof, including service equipment and any smoke detectors in elevator lobby areas which are not connected to the fire safety systems maintained by the Board).

Landlord's Work" shall include and be limited to the construction, purchase and/or installation of an upgraded Building elevator system ("Elevator System") to service the Premises which shall be capable of servicing each of the Building floors fully occupied by Tenant and shall provide for restricted access to such floor by card key, key pad or other access control system mutually acceptable to Landlord and Tenant.
Landlord shall be responsible only for installing the upgraded Elevator System to the Build-Out Spaces.
