  • If the Contractor fails or refuses to commence and complete Elevator Testing/Inspection and Maintenance Services in accordance with the Services Schedule, the Contractor shall be liable to the District for per diem Liquidated Damages at the rate of One Hundred Dollars ($100) per day from the date an Elevator Equipment Testing, Inspection, and Maintenance Service is scheduled for completion to the date of actual completion of such Elevator Inspection and Preventative Maintenance Service.

  • The Contractor shall contact the County’s Certified Elevator Inspection Company in advance to develop an annual schedule for the County’s review of code inspections.

  • For each day, or portion thereof, beyond the tenth calendar day that each Minor Violation, as defined on the Elevator Inspection Report, continues to exist, additional liquidated damages of $100 may be deducted from the Contract amount.

  • Should the Contractor find the County’s Certified Elevator Inspection Contractor is failing to provide timely response and or services, the Elevator Contractor shall submit such issues immediately in writing to the Facilities Management Contract Administrator.
