Elevation Transfer Fee definition
Elevation Transfer Fee means the transfer or other similar fee payable to the Agent in connection with the Assignment submitted in connection with an Elevation (if any) in the amount set forth in the Transaction Summary.
Elevation Transfer Fee means any required fee in connection with an assignment of a Loan in accordance with the applicable Credit Agreement with respect to a Transaction.
Elevation Transfer Fee has the meaning specified in the Transaction Specific Terms.
Examples of Elevation Transfer Fee in a sentence
At the time of Elevation, Buyer and the applicable Seller shall each pay its applicable share of any applicable Elevation Transfer Fee, as specified in Section G.1 of the Transaction Specific Terms.
