Electronics Policies definition

Electronics Policies means all Policies, current or past, which are owned or maintained by or on behalf of Tyco or any Subsidiary of Tyco, which relate exclusively to the Electronics Business and which Policies are either maintained by Electronics or a member of the Electronics Group or assignable to Electronics or a member of the Electronics Group.
