Electronic Vote definition

Electronic Vote means a poll vote by any electronic means;
Electronic Vote means that those representatives present vote using an electronic system that records and tallies their votes.
Electronic Vote means a vote cast using The Society website voting application.

  • The Board, upon a majority vote at a regular meeting, special meeting, or by way of Electronic Vote, may terminate a Project.
