None of the Collateral Agent, the Servicer or the Borrower shall make any changes to the Owner of Record of the Electronic Vault or to the Required Legend on any Electronic Contract, without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.
The Servicer shall have provided, or caused to be provided, the Administrative Agent with remote, read-only on-line access to (i) the Servicer’s loan servicing system (ii) each of the Lockbox Accounts (iii) the Collection Account and (iv) the related Electronic Vault, in each case, acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its commercially reasonable discretion.
