Electronic vaping device definition

Electronic vaping device means an electronic device that delivers nicotine or other vaporized liquids to the person inhaling from the device, including, but not limited to, an electronic cigarette, cigar, pipe, or hookah.
Electronic vaping device means a device that may be used to deliver any aerosolized or vaporized liq- uid or other substance for inhalation, regardless of whether the liquid or other substance contains nicotine, including an e−cigarette, e−cigar, e−pipe, vape pen, or e−hookah. “Electronic vaping device” includes a com- ponent, part, or accessory of the device, and includes a liquid or other substance that may be aerosolized or vaporized by such device, regardless of whether the liq- uid or other substance contains nicotine. “Electronic vaping device” does not include a battery or battery charger when sold separately. “Electronic vaping device” does not include drugs, devices, or combination products authorized for sale by the U.S. food and drug administra- tion, as those terms are defined in the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
Electronic vaping device means any electronic device composed of a mouthpiece, heating element, battery and electronic circuits that provides, or is manufactured or intended to provide, a vapor of liquid nicotine and/or other substances mixed with propylene glycol and/or other substances delivered or deliverable to the user that the user can inhale in simulation of smoking. This term shall include every version and type of such devices whether they are manufactured or marketed as electronic cigarettes, e-cigarettes, electronic cigars, e-cigars, electronic pipes, e-pipes, electronic hookahs, e-hookahs or under any other product name or design.

  • Electronic smoking device means any product containing or delivering nicotine or any other substance intended for human consumption that can be used by a person in any manner for the purpose of inhaling vapor or aerosol from the product. The term includes any such device, whether manufactured, distributed, marketed, or sold as an e-cigarette, e-cigar, e-pipe, e-hookah, or vape pen, or under any other product name or descriptor.

  • Electronic device means a personal computer, cell phone, smart phone, telephone, mobile device, wireless device, tablet or any other electronic device that we allow you to use to access the Electronic Services.
