Electronic Tender definition

Electronic Tender means a procurement procedure implying an electronic device displaying in descending order new prices and/or new values relative to certain elements of the offer, which are made after a first complete evaluation of offers, allowing their classification based on automated evaluation methods. Certain contracts for services and certain contracts for works which refer to intellectual activities, such a designing works, may not form the object of electronic tenders. The manner of carrying out of the procurement through electronic tender is laid down in Regulations approved by the Government.
Electronic Tender. - means any tender or part of tender, set forth in the conditions of the invitation to tender, which is stored and/or submitted to the contracting authority in electronic form and compliant with safe electronic operation principles under the Law on Electronic Signature, and which unquestionably constitutes a complete and logical unity with other parts of the tender of the same tenderer. The recording form and the manner of submitting the documents or part of the documents in electronic form must be defined by the contracting authority in the tender documents;
Electronic Tender means any tender or part of the tender set forth in the conditions of the invitation to bid that is stored or submitted to a contracting authority in the electronic form and which is compliant with the principles of the safe electronic operations in accordance with the Law on Electronic Signature, and which shall represent unambiguously complete and logical unit with other parts of the tender of the same bidder. A contracting authority must determine, within tender documents, the form of electronic storage and the manner of submission of documentation or part of the documentation;
