Electronic Message Board definition

Electronic Message Board means a sign which is electronically controlled and which displays information in a prearranged sequence.
Electronic Message Board means an on premise sign, or portion of a sign, that displays an electronic image and/or video, which may or may not include text. Such signs include any sign or portion of a sign, that uses changing lights to form a sign message or messages and the rate of change is electronically programmed and can be modified by electronic processes.
Electronic Message Board means a type of changeable copy sign whose message or display is presented with patterns of lights or other means that may be changed at intermittent intervals by an electronic process.
