Electronic Media Systems includes, but is not limited to, computer servers, messaging and email systems or accounts, applications for computers or mobile devices, and web-based services (including cloud-based information storage accounts). B. Return of Company Property. I understand that anything that I created or worked on for the Company Group while working for the Company belongs solely to the Company and that I cannot remove, retain, or use such information without the Company’s express written permission. Electronic Media Systems means computer servers, messaging and email systems or accounts, applications for computers or mobile devices, and web-based services (including cloud-based information storage accounts). I acknowledge and agree that I have no expectation of privacy with respect to the Company’s Electronic Media Equipment and the Company’s Electronic Media Systems that my activity and any files or messages on or using any of those systems may be monitored or reviewed at any time without notice. I further agree that any property situated on the Company’s premises and owned by the Company, including Company Electronic Media Equipment and Company Electronic Media Systems, filing cabinets or other work areas, is subject to inspection by authorized Company personnel at any time with or without notice.
