Electronic Media Services definition
Electronic Media Services means any editorial media service delivered, Published, distributed, displayed on any platform in any dimension and medium via any delivery mechanism whether now known or invented in the future, including Website Services which may come into common usage during the Term but for the avoidance of doubt excludes Social Network Services.
